Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refund requests, if made prior to the dispatch of your order, will be honoured where applicable. Once the order has been dispatched/posted, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
