Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless order contains items that have a different processing time outlined in their description (such as pre-order items, etc.). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays may be experienced during busy periods (where there are a higher volume of orders), or due to postal service problems outside of our control. If potential delays are projected to be significant, JKC will contact you via email to alert you and discuss options.

All orders are posted with tracking information and cover for the value of the contents. Once orders are posted the time and state of delivery is completely out of our hands. Jess Keeli Creative will not be made responsible for any losses or damages by the delivery service provider.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates are dependent on the size and weight of your total order and are therefore calculated during checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses. If your address is eligible, the option for free local delivery will appear under the delivery options section of checkout.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST) from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message or email with the contact details you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is not available.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as they are based on delivery location as well as order size and weight.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jess Keeli Creative is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

*Estimated delivery times may vary significantly from what is stated in the above table due to the impact of origin and destination country customs regulations, delivery service provider delays, and other. Every order is posted with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its location and follow up on it if there are any issues.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the relevant estimated delivery time as outlined in the above domestic and international tables from the date you received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jesskeeli.creative@oultook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns on any of our products. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis however will not be granted once the order has been posted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jesskeeli.creative@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
